ATTENTION: If you are currently running firmware version 5.16 and are downloading or deleting sounds, you will lose any saved sequences, favorites, and/or presets. Our latest firmware update, available on the Firmware Update page under the Support tab, will resolve this issue.
All FREQ sounds are encrypted and will only play on a FREQ Caller. FREQ sound files cannot be played on computers or phones.
When loading non-FREQ sound files onto your caller, the files must be unencrypted WAV files. MP3 files will not work and must be converted. All non-FREQ sounds added must have a two-digit number before the name, no spaces between the numbers and the sound name, and no special characters (@#$%!...) in the file name.
