WARNING: We have a firmware glitch when loading or deleting any new sounds to your call.
Currently if you have created any Sequences, populated any Favorites, or set your 3 Preset buttons, those choices will be deleted when loading or deleting sounds.
We highly recommend that, should you choose to add or delete any new sounds, you take notes or pictures of your currently saved Presets, Favorites, and created Sequences so that you can recreate them again after your sound downloads or your sound delete.
We are working on a firmware fix and will have this issue resolved as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. Thank you, FREQ Calls.
